We're currently experiencing delays during the availability check step of deployments. This issue appears to be related to our underlying pinning provider, which is impacting our ability to complete deployments reliably.

We're actively investigating and working with the provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, some builds may be stuck or significantly delayed.
